HUMAN CONDITIONING OF A HIGHER STANDARD
DISCOVER THE TRUE PILLARS OF STRENGTH AND WELLNESS

We are abound with confusion in regard to health and weight loss…
With the myriad of information that exists, you would think we'd have it all figured out by now. But most of us don’t. Unfortunately, all of this lore has created mass confusion. To make the situation worse, valuable facts and wisdom that can be useful and beneficial to people is not even in the mainstream. In other words, the information that can actually help people lose weight, increase strength, and achieve true health is hard to come by. Needless-to-say, this knowledge isn’t found in your monthly Cosmo or fitness magazine.

Stop Dying, Start Living:A 21st Century Approach to Human Health is an introduction to the Ah-Ha’s of increased vitality. This presentation will first enlighten your understanding of how this whole health and weight loss thing works. For example, weight gain is not a problem in and of itself; it’s merely a symptom of living a lifestyle incongruent with your needs. Thus, you must address your personal lifestyle concerns in order to achieve long-term success. This is the antithesis of the flawed, one-diet-fits-all, cookie-cutter approach to weight loss which has saturated our American mindset. Secondly, tools and tips that can be applied immediately will guide you towards a successful journey to health, weight loss, and increased strength and fitness.

This presentation focuses on modifications within your control to improve your weight, reduce stress levels, build strength, increase energy, and decrease ailments such as back pain. The full presentation takes 60-90 minutes. Some of the points that will be covered:

  • Learn why headache, lethargy, and memory problems may be linked together.
  • Why your breathing pattern may be increasing your stress - leading to weight gain.
  • How to lose weight and really keep it off.
  • Exercise: why do it and what to do?
  • Do we really need 8 glasses of water per day? Find out the water rules.
  • Discover why what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another.
  • How your thoughts may be sabotaging your goals.
  • What are some foods that should be minimized… and how should you eat?
  • How to properly train for strength.
  • Q&A
