HUMAN CONDITIONING OF A HIGHER STANDARD
DISCOVER THE TRUE PILLARS OF STRENGTH AND WELLNESS

Stop Dying, Start Living!
A Discussion of Strength, Fitness, Food and Wellness.
For Large Corporations and Small Groups.

Presented by Scott Bevins

Most of us have attended a health/wellness/fitness presentation before. The information presented is usually regurgitated, boring, and heard-it-before do's and don'ts. And thus, most likely, it is because of such stale, overused presentations with the same old tired information that it all goes in one ear and out the other. People simply do not adopt – let alone practice – the information offered. In fact, not long after the workshop, attendees quickly disregard much of what they heard. Strange, when you consider that we all seem to know this wise advice; we've heard it a thousand times, right?

Yes, we know... eat less fat, less carbs, and we'll lose weight.
Exercise more and we'll feel better.
Saturated fat is bad.
Ad nauseam.

People just don’t want to hear it anymore.

BUT, what if you could learn some information about health, wellness, and fitness that's profound, interesting, and... effective? What if you could learn of a new approach that can be simple to apply? What if…things were different?

Stop Dying, Start Living is different. Read more to find out...

It's as if I hear the same blocks of questioning everywhere I go...

“My head has been in a fog lately. I can’t concentrate at work and my memory seems to be failing me. What can I do?”
“I’m constantly concerned about my health and weight. Why am I always tired and unable to drop weight?”
“My husband and I started eating healthy and exercising 3 months ago. He’s lost 25 pounds and I’ve lost 4! What gives?”

“I really want to take an active approach to my health. I just don’t know what to do.”

“I read somewhere it wasn’t good to eat bread. Then I heard bread was fine to eat. What’s the truth?”
“So dieting isn’t the answer to slimming down and improving vitality, and lifestyle change is. OK, but what does that mean?”

People need help... but first people need answers.
