the foundations of wellness and good health. Scott went through
the chemistry, physical, psychological and emotional paths to healing
and wellness. He gave a very thought-provoking presentation, and
even though everyone’s nutritional and wellness ‘IQ’s’
were on different levels from different backgrounds and experiences,
we all learned a great deal and took part in very animated discussions.
The information that we came away with was not only interesting,
but it was practical and useful, and not difficult to follow as

breathe, hold your body, and what happens to your body when you
sleep; this is just a sampling of the subject matter that he covered!
